The adjustable wick is wonderful. When outdoors, I can turn the wick all the way up and in the wind the flame does not go out and the chafing dish stays warm. I also love that the wick lid can be locked back on so unused fuel can be used at a later date. Being able to adjust it lower gives me the flexibility to use it indoors as well, allowing me to inventory only one fuel. I love this fuel so much, I don't even look at the cost, I just buy it.
