We are currently selling about 10,000+ personalized mugs per month so we have a lot of experience with different mug presses and the pros/cons of each one. :)When another one of our presses stopped working, we needed a replacement QUICKLY. I asked my sister to do some research and she found this one. I purchased it and then she found the same one on eBay for $15 cheaper. We ended up buying both.Despite not offering Prime Shipping, this still came really fast, had the right parts, and we were able to get it going (relatively) quickly. The eBay one was slower, we were sent a single press (not double), plus it came in the wrong voltage. So Amazon wins there already. :)This press is pretty great with a few adjustments. We sell a ton of colored mugs which are trickier, and the presses needed to be adjusted to make sure there was enough pressure to get consistent color. Luckily my stepdad knows how to adjust the pressure, but you will definitely need to take that into consideration if you’re doing a lot of black (or any color besides white) 11 oz mugs. The temperature is consistent, it gets back to temp pretty quickly, and you could conservatively make 24 mugs an hour with it (1 per every 5 minutes for each press). We’ve tried a LOT of presses, sell a LOT of mugs (picture attached!) and, once the pressure gets fixed, this is definitely one of the better presses. It’s a great price, too.
